Prior Steps:
Step 1: Color your text according to your scheme.
Step 2: Duplicate it twice, so you have three layers of text.
Step 3: Change the bottom layers color to white.
Step 4: Rasterize the middle layer & add noise.
This setting is really up to how much "glitter" you like but I set mine at 35. Uniform & Monochromatic.
& now you are ready for my default steps!
I like a 1 px white stroke followed by a 2 px gradient stroke.
Add your grunge and you're done!
